gets shorter and shorter each year…it could imply any of the following things:

1. I’m getting cheap

2. I’m getting cheaper

3. I’m starting to hate more people

4. More people are starting to hate me

5. I’m at a time in my life where I’m reevaluating friendships and I just CUT YOU. 

life always takes us through seasons. and some will be harder than most. and in some of those seasons you will cry out for help and in others you will bear it quietly and wait until the motions are over. and there are those who will lovingly tolerate you, those who will see you through it because they know you from your better days. and then there are those who will abandon you, those who will use this one season as an eraser of all the good ones. but there’s really nothing you can do about it. all you can do is wait and be glad that as your better season approaches, you’ll be in the company of those who truly matter because the most worthwhile friendships are the ones that last through every kind of season.
